- 2010: Transformed into Hung Thinh Design and Construction Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND5 billion and commenced the construction of the first premium residential area project-Thien Nam Apartment Building;

- September 2012: Charter capital was increased to VND100 billion;

- 2013: Worked as a general contractor in the first apartment project - Building No.91 Pham Van Hai;

- 2016: Renamed as Hung Thinh Construction Joint Stock Company with a charter capital up to VND200 billion;

- May 2017: Renamed as Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company;

- August 2017: Charter capital was increased to VND250 billion;

- 07 June 2018: Became a public company under the Document No.3600/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 24 October 2018: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 12 November 2018: Traded on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 02 January 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND287,499,240,000;

- 13 November 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND330,622,210,000;

- 12 April 2021: Increased the charter capital to VND495,092,010,000;
