- 1962: Hoa Tho Textile Plant was established;
- 1993: Renamed as Hoa Tho Textile Company under the Decision No.241/TCLD dated 24 March 1993 issued by Ministry of Light Industry;
- 1997: Renamed as Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Company under the Decision No.433/QD-TCLD issued by Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation;
- 2005: Transformed to Hoa Tho Textile and Garment State-owned One-member Limited Company under the Decision No.200/2005/QD-TTg dated 08 August 2005 issued by the Prime Minister;
- 15 November 2006: Ministry of Industry issued Decision No.3252/QD-BCN on transforming Hoa Tho Textile and Garment State-owned One-member Limited Company into Hoa Tho Textile - Garment Joint Sock Corporation;
- 15 December 2006: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with an offered quantity of 900,000 shares and an average winning bid of VND12,249 per share;
- 01 February 2007: Put into operation under the model of a joint-stock company with a charter capital of VND45 billion under the business registration certificate No.3203001300 issued for the first time by Danang Department of Planning and Investment;
- 02 July 2007: Became a public company;
- December 2008: Charter capital was raised up to VND62 billion;
- October 2009: Charter capital was raised up to 96,5 billion;
- December 2011: Charter capital was raised up to 150 billion;
- June 2015: Charter capital was raised up to 157,5 billion;
- June 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND165,375,000,000;
- February 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND225 billion;
- 14 June 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
- October 04, 2021: Charter capital was raised up to VND236.250.000.000.
