- 1967: Hai Phong Water Factory was established;

- 28 October 1986: Transformed in to Hai Phong Water Supply Company under the Decision No.845/QD-UB by Hai Phong City People's Committee;

- 1998: Lan Thap Water Factory in Uong Bi district, Quang Ninh province was handed to Quang Ninh Government for its management;

- 2007: Transformed into Hai Phong Water Supply One-Member Co.,Ltd;

- 2008: Took over Vinh Bao Water Factory and Cat Ba Power and Water Enterprise;

- 2009: Vat Cach Water Supply Enterprise was equitized and transformed into Vat Cach Water Supply Joint Stock Company (Now Hai Phong Clean Water Trading Joint Stock Company No. 2);

- 12 December 2014: Hai Phong City People's Committee issued the Decision No.2808/QD-UBND on approval of equitizing and transforming Hai Phong Water Supply One-Member Co.,Ltd into Hai Phong Water Joint Stock Company;

- 06 February 2015: The initial public offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange with an average winning bid of VND10,501 per share;

- 08 April 2015: Put into operation under a joint stock company model with a charter capital of VND742,069,400,000;

- Since 21 November 2016: Traded on UPCOM market;
