- 2009: Tea and Other Agricultural Products Processing Factory with a capacity of 2,000 tons per year was constructed;

- 2011: Transformed into Hiep Khanh Tea Joint Stock Company with an initial charter capital of VND3.1 billion;

- 21 October 2011: Charter capital was raised up to VND9.1 billion;

- 2013: Granted with ISO 22000-2005 for the whole production process of the Tea and Other Agricultural Products Processing Factory;

- 30 December 2014: Charter capital was raised up to VND31.85 billion;

- 19 March 2015: Charter capital was raised up to VND55,773,000,000;

- 21 March 2015: Became a public company under the Document No.2537/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 15 December 2016: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- 12 January 2017: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX); 

- August 02, 2019: Renamed as Ego Viet Nam Investment Joint Stock Company;
