- 24 September 2007: HABECO - Hai Phong Joint Stock Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND90 billion under the business registration certificate No.0200761964 issued for the first time by Hai Phong Department of Planning and Investment;

- Ngày 21/12/2009: Construction of Ha Noi Beer Plant in Truong Son townlet, An Lao district, Hai Phong was commenced;

- Tháng 05/2011: Ha Noi Beer Plant in Hai Phong was put into operation;

- 26 April 2013: Charter capital was raised up to VND160 billion;

- 19 August 2013: Became a public company;

- 10 August 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
