- December 3, 1992: Automobile Display Store and Repair Workshop (SAMCO3) was established under Saigon Automobile Mechanical Engineering Company (Now Saigon Transportation Mechanical Corporation);
- October 15, 1999: Hochiminh City People's Committee issued the Decision No.6418/QD-UB-KT SAMCO3 on the approval of equitizing and transforming Automobile Display Store and Repair Workshop (SAMCO3) into Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company (Haxaco);
- May 17, 2000: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of VND4.5 billion;
- September 2002: Granted with the certificate ISO 9001-2000 issued by Quacert and JAS - ANZ from New Zealand in two fields, including automobile sale and automobile maintenance and repair service agent;
- October 2003: Charter capital was increased to VND11.25 billion;
- August 11, 2004: Became the first distributor authorized by Mercedes-Benz in Vietnam;
- August 2005: Charter capital was increased to VND16 billion;
- December 26, 2006: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
- January 2008: Charter capital was increased to VND43,312,110,000;
- October 2008: Inaugurated the 2nd Showroom located on No.104 Nguyen Van Cu street, Hochiminh city;
- October 2009: Charter capital was increased to VND80,558,460,000;
- October 2010: Inaugurated HAXACO Can Tho;
- September 2011: Inaugurated Vo Van Kiet Showroom and Workshop and increase the charter capital to VND111,161,690,000;
- February 2015: Inaugurated HAXACO Hanoi Branch located on No.46 Lang Ha street, Lang Ha ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi;
- November 2016: Established Kim Giang Branch located on No.256 Kim Giang street, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi;
- 14 July 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND233,424,330,000;
- 03 July 2018: Charter capital was raised up to VND350,133,990,000;
- 19 August 2019: Charter capital was raised up to 367,443,990,000;
- June 17, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND477,669,820,000;
