- 21 March 2006: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND30 billion;

- 01 March 2008: Charter capital was raised up to VND60 billion;

- 19 June 2007: Became a public company;

- 24 January 2017: Granted with the securities registration certificate No.34/2017/GCNCP-VSD with a registered quantity of 6,000,000 shares;

- 21 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
