- October 10, 2011: Viet Nam Enteco Corporation was established with an initial charter capital of VND02 billion under the business registration certificate No.0105558271 issued for the first time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;
- July 03, 2013: Increased the charter capital to VND05 billion;
- November 15, 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND15 billion;
- December 25, 2018:Increased the charter capital to VND60 billion;
- June 23, 2020: Became a public company under Document No.4048/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);
- December 01, 2020: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
