- 2002: Green Tree and Flower Garden Company was merged into Da Lat Urban Works Management Company under the Decision No.115/2002/QD-UB issued by Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee;

- June 30, 2010: Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1041/QD-UBND on transforming Da Lat Urban Works Management Company into Da Lat Urban Server Limited Company;

- January 06, 2011: Put into operation under the model of a limited company;

- Marrch 30, 2015: Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.776/QD-UBND on approval of the plan to equititzing and transforming Da Lat Urban Server Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- May 22, 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;

- June 30, 2015: Transformed into Da Lat Urban Server Joint Stock Company under the bussiness registration certificate No.5800075878 issued by Lam Dong Department of Planning and Investment;

- January 08, 2020: Traded on the UPCOM market;
