- Jul 2001: Established with the initial charter capital of VND6 billion
- Mar 2003: Put into operation the continuous hot-dip galvanizing line with a capacity of 60,000 tons/year at Song Than Industrial Park No.2 industrial zone, Binh Duong province
- Apr 2007: Equitized and increased the charter capital to VND99 billion
- Jun 2008: Put into operation the continuous pre-painted galvanizing line with the capacity of 45,000 tons/year at Song Than 2 industrial zone, Binh Duong province
- Dec 2008: Established 3 subsidiaries specializing in manufacturing and trading steels in Binh Duong province and DTL Steel Manufacturing Complex at Song Than Industrial Park No.3, Binh Duong province covering on an area of 105,285 m2
- Aug 2010: Listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE)
- Jun 2014: Increased the charter capital to VND614.36 billion.
