- Collecting, transporting and treating domestic waste, industrial waste, marine waste, hazardous waste, waste oil, construction waste.

- Treating environmental pollution, wastewater, contaminated water. Constructing, repairing, dredging canal, culvert, wastewater treatment works and dismantling works.

- Providing consultation services in preparation of documents, procedures related to environment and transferring micro-organic fertilizer, design and construction of waste treatment works, and other environmental protection works.

- Producing and providing chemical, biological and micro-organic products in environmental treatment, animal husbandry and aquaculture.

- Trading materials, equipment, chemicals, micro-oganic and other consumables related to environmental protection. 

- April 1975: Danang Hygiene Company was established;

- 1993: Renamed as Danang City Urban Environment Company under Danang City People's Committee, Quangnam-Danang province;

- 1997: Transferred to Danang Department of Public Works for its management when Quangnam-Danang province was divided into Quangnam and Danang provinces;

- January 2008: Transferred to Danang Department of Natural Resources and Environment for its management;

- 26 May 2010: Transformed into Danang Urban Environment One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No.3950/QD-UB issued by Danang City People's Committee;;

- 10 April 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at ACB Securities Company Limited - Danang Branch with an offered quantity of 580,882 shares and average winning bid of VND10,500 per share;

- 01 October 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND57,736,000,000;

- 15 January 2016: Became a public company;

- 05 April 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
