- 1992: Hai Phong Electricity Water Machine Assembly Joint Stock Company was established.
- 1995: signed joint-venture contract with LG Korean Group to merger to LS-Vina Electricity Water Machine Assembly Joint-venture Company with the whole capital of US$ 38 million which is one of the most leading manufactures in producing electric cable.
- 2005: transformed to Hai Phong Electricity Water Machine Assembly Joint Stock Company according to the People's Committee of Hai Phong City Decision No. 1299/QD-TCCQ. The company started to operate on 21/10/2005 with the initial charter capital of VND10.807 billion.
- 2007: Company was officially listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
- 07 July 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND31,618,920,000.
- 07 December 2018: Charter capital was raised up to VND41,103,200,000.
- September 2020: Charter capital was raised up to VND51,378,500,000.
