- Negotiate with Mitsubishi to become exclusive distributor and co-manufacturer of Mitsubishi's electric fans in Vietnam.

- Enhance exporting electric fans and fan covers to Myanmar, Laos and Bangladesh.

- With regards to high-end market segment, the Company imports and distributes Japanese fans with the brand Mitsubishi Electric (made in Thailand) as the exclusive agent in the Northern Region.

- 1961: Hai Phong Electrification Factory was established by merging 3 small partnership companies

- 1992: Established Hai Phong Electrical Mechanical Factory, a State-owned enterprise

- 2004: Converted into Hai Phong Electrical Mechanical Joint Stock Company with the charter capital of VND6.5 billion

- 2008: Raised the charter capital to VND8.4 billion by issuing shares to existing shareholders

- 2010: Raised the charter capital to VND16.9 billion by paying stock dividend

- 2012: Raised the charter capital to VND33.8 billion by paying stock dividend (June)

- 2012: Raised the charter capital to VND94.9 billion through private placement (August)

- 2013: Officially listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
