- 02 September 1974: Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company was formerly known as 2/9 Pharmaceutical State-owned Enterprise, was established under the Southwest Health Department;
- 1975: Renamed as Tay Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Company;
- 1976: Renamed as Pharmaceutical Company under Hau Giang Health Service Department;
- From 1976 to 1979: Pharmaceutical Company is splited into 03 separate units: 2/9 Pharmaceutical enterprise, Pharmaceutical Company and Medicine Material Company under Decision 15/CP of Government;
- 1979: 03 above units wered merged into Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Union Enterprise;
- 2004: Equitized and transformed into Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company with an initial charter capital of VND80 billion;
- 2006: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
- 16 September 2010: Charter capital was increased to VND269,129,620,000;
- 03 August 2011: Charter capital was increased to VND651,764,290,000;
- 25 June 2012: Charter capital was increased to VND653,764,290,000;
- 27 June 2014: Charter capital was increased to VND871,643,300,000;
- 28 July 2017: Charter capital was increased to VND1,307,460,710,000;
