- 12 December 1975: The first nitrogenous fertilizer bag with brand ''Lua Vang'' (Golden Rice) was produced;

- 30 October 1977: Ha Bac Nitrogenous Fertilizer Factory was inaugurated;

- 10 October 1988: Renamed as Ha Bac Nitrogenous Fertilizer and Chemical Factory;

- 13 February 1993: Renamed as Ha Bac Nitrogenous Fertilizer and Chemical Company;

- 20 October 2006: Transformed into Ha Bac Nitrogenous Fertilizer and Chemical One-Member Limited Company;

- 13 November 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND10,002 per share;

- 01 January 2016: Transformed into Ha Bac Nitrogenous Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company with charter capital of VND2,722 billion under the business registration certificate No.2400120344 amended for the twelfth time by Bac Giang Department of Planning and Investment;

- 20 April 2016: Became a public company;

- 26 July 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
