- In April 2004: The company completed its equitization and restructuring process. Duc Giang Detergent and Chemicals Joint Stock Company officially commenced operations under Business Registration Certificate No. 0103003850, first issued on March 05, 2004, by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, with a charter capital of VND 15 billion.
- On September 13, 2007: The company officially became a public company.
- On August 26, 2014: First trading day on the HNX.
- On April 08, 2019: Renamed as Duc Giang Chemical Group Joint Stock Company.
