- 09 May 2011: Renamed as Indochine Import Export Investment Industrial Limited Company under the business registration certificate No.0310103090 amended for the 4th time by Hochiminh Department of Planning and Investment;
- 15 July 2014: Became a member of Vietnam Pulp and Paper Association (VPPA);
- 05 September 2015: Charter capital was increased to VND80 billion under the business registration certificate No.0310103090 amended for the 18th time by Hochiminh Department of Planning and Investment;
- 14 June 2016: Transformed into a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND80 billion under the business registration certificate No.0310103090 amended for the 19th time by Hochiminh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 12 January 2017: Became a public company;
- 13 November 2018: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
- 18 December 2018: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
- April 15, 2020: Increased charter capital to VND145.19 billion.
