- 24 March 2011: PetroVietnam Camau Fertilizer One-Member Limited Company, forerunner of PetroVietnam Camau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company was established to manage and operate Ca Mau Nitrogeneous Fertilizer Plant under the business registration certificate No.2001012298 issued for the first time by Ca Mau Department of Planning and Investment;

- 30 January 2012: Ca Mau Nitrogeneous Fertilizer Plant came into operation;

- 24 October 2014: Vietnam Oil and Gas Group issued the Decision No.2341/QD-DKVN on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming PetroVietnam Camau Fertilizer One-Member Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- 11 December 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 11 January 2015: Transformed into PetroVietnam Camau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC) with a charter capital of VND5,294 billion under the business registration certificate No.2001012298 issued for the 5th time by Ca Mau Department of Planning and Investment;

- 20 March 2015: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 31 March 2015: Traded on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE); 

- Late 2017: Commenced construction of the Hot-melt Urea NPK Fertilizer Plant with a design capacity of 300,000 tons per year;
