- 1984: Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Enterprise and Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Company merged to become Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Association Enterprise.

- 1992:Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Association Enterprise was divided into Tra Vinh Pharmaceutical Company and Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Company.
