- 25 October 2010: Thuong Phu Joint Stock Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND 3 billion under the business registration certiifcate No.3200474316 issued for the first time by Quang Tri Department of Planning and Investment;
- August 2012: Charter capital was raised up to VND 20 billion;
- 2015: Put into operation under a model of Parent Company-Subsidiary with the ownership of 96.7% Vietnam Nasan Joint Stock Company's charter capital;
- March 2015: Charter capital was raised up to VND 32 billion;
- November 2015: Charter capital was raised up to VND 100 billion;
- July 28, 2016: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
- 29 March 2018: Charter capital was raised up to VND109,999,908,000;
- December 11, 2019: Renamed as Minh Khang Capital Trading Public Joint Stock Company.
