- 28 June 2010: Funeral Services One-Member Limited Company was transformed from State-owned enterprise under the Decision No.1000/QD-UBND issued by Hai Phong City People's Committee;

- 19 December 2014: Hai Phong City People's Committee issued the Decision No.2852/UBND-DMDN on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Funeral Services One-Member Limited Company into Haiphong Funeral Services Joint Stock Company;

- 26 January 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with an offered quanity of 440,000 shares and average winning bid of VND11,001 per share;

- 02 June 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND 44 billion;

- 01 December 2015: Became a public company under the Decision No.7507/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 08 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
