- 16 April 1995: Construction of Cao Bang Sugar Plant was commenced under the Decision No.292/UB-QD issued by Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee;

- 08 July 1996: Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.584/UB-QD-DN on establishment of Cao Bang Sugar Company;

- December 1997: Cao Bang Sugar Plant was put into operation;

- 19 December 2005: Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.3560/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Cao Bang Sugar Company into a joint stock company; 

- 14 March 2006: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of VND3,638,960,000;

- 01 June 2012: Became a public company;

- 16 March 2012: Increased the charter capital to VND15,283,560,000;

- 25 May 2015: Increased the charter capital to VND18 billion;

- 09 January 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND25.2 billion;

- 20 June 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;

- 07 August 2018: Increased the charter capital to VND35,279,250,000;
