- 09 December 1989: Ben Thanh Tourist Service Company was established  through merging of some economic units of District 1, Ho Chi Minh;

- 13 January 2005: Transformed into Ben Thanh Tourist Service One-Member Limited Company;

- 27 October 2014: Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued the Decision No.5288/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Ben Thanh Tourist Service One-Member Limited Company into Ben Thanh Tourist Service Corporation;

- 09 December 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with an offered quantity of 5,932,350 shares and average winning bid of VND21,482 per share;

- 03 March 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND250 billion;

- 10 June 2015: Became a public company under the Document No.3075/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 03 March 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
