- 29 August 2002: Thai Binh Beer Company was established through merging of Thai Binh Beer-Alcohol-Honey Company and Thai Binh Beer Factory under the Decision No.2048/QD-UB issued by Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee;

- 04 April 2005: Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.731/QD-UB on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming ve Thai Binh Beer Company into Thai Binh Beer Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation;

- 13 June 2005: Became a member under Hanoi Beer Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation (HABECO);

- 29 July 2005: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND 20 billion under the business registration certificate No.0803000218 issued by Thai Binh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 12 October 2005: Renamed as Ha Noi - Thai Binh Beer Joint Stock Company;

- 29 August 2008: Became a public company;

- November 2009: Charter capital was raised up to VND30 billion;

- April 2010: Charter capital was raised up to VND40 billion;

- September 2011: Charter capital was raised up to VND76,912,260,000;

- December 2013: Hanoi-Thai Binh Beer Factory with a capacity of 50 million liters of beer per year in TBS-Song Tra Industrial Park, Tan Binh commune, Thai Binh City came into operation;

- 12 January 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
