- 01/10/2015: Issued the initial public offerings with 2,701,981 stocks, accounting for 22.52% charter capital. 100% was successfully purchased at the average price of 20,577 VND;   

- 12/2015: Officially transformed into joint stock company;

- April 06, 2016: Traded on UPCOM market.
