- October 02, 2006: Transformed into Nam Viet Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND660 billion specialising in production and processing of frozen catfish;

- 2007: Listed on HOSE with the charter capital increased to VND1,250,446,250,000;

- 2012: Constructed and put aquaculture processing plant into operation with a total capacity of 600 tonnes per year;

- 2014: Increased the production capacity to 400,000 tonnes per year;

- 2015: Completed the close supply chain from breeding, animal feed, aquaculture to processing;

- February 12, 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND1,275,396,250,000;
