- 04 July 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at MB Securities Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND10,048 per share;

- 29 September 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND48,633,860,000 under the business registration certificate No.0304484232 amended for the third time by Ho Chi Minh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 10 January 2017: Became a public company;

- 10 January 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
