- June 2006: Construction of Damsan I Plant was commenced with an investment of VND121 billion, a capacity of 2,880 tonnes OE yarrn per year and 2,220 tonnes CD yarn per year in Nguyen Duc Canh industrial Park, Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province;

- June 2010: Invested in Damsan II Plant with an investment of U$D10 million and a capacity of 3,600 tonnes OE yarrn per year and 720 tonnes towel per year in Gia Le industrial park, Dong Hung district, Thai Binh province;

- 30 May 2011: Became a public company under the Document No.1566/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 23 October 2015: Charter capital was increased to VND160.7 billion;

- 19 November 2015: Renamed as Damsan Joint Stock Company;

- 22 June 2016: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 29 June 2016: Traded on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 23 March 2017: Charter capital was increased to VND168,734,810,000;

- 07 March 2018: Charter capital was increased to VND255,178,010,000;

- 28 September 2020: Charter capital was increased to VND280,694,500,000;
