- 10 December 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with an average winning bid of VND14,344 per share;

- 16 March 2016: Shareholders' Meeting was held for the first time;

- 01 April 2016: Put into operation under a joint stock company model with a charter capital of VND21,771,732,360,000;

- Since 21 November 2016: Traded on UPCOM market;
