- 12 April 2010: Viet Tien Son Real Estate Holding Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND10 billion through spliting from Viet Tien Son Joint Stock Company under the business registration certificate No.0800819038 issued for the first time by Hai Duong Department of Planning and Investment;
- 20 July 2010: Chi Linh Real Estate Trading Floor was established as the first real estate floor in Hai Duong;
- 14 March 2010: Hai Duong Real Estate Trading Floor was established as the second real estate floor in Hai Duong;
- 18 February 2016: Charter capital was raised to VND50 billion under the business registration certificate No.0800819038 amended for the sixth time by Hai Duong Department of Planning and Investment;
- 16 August 2016: Charter capital was raised to VND100 billion under the business registration certificate No.0800819038 amended for the seventh time by Hai Duong Department of Planning and Investment;
- 29 November 2016: Charter capital was raised to VND125 billion under the business registration certificate No.0800819038 amended for the eighth time by Hai Duong Department of Planning and Investment;;
- 17 May 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.2756/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);
- 25 May 2018: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
- 25 June 2018: Traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);
- July 30, 2021: Increased the charter capital to VND366,561,800,000;
