- 03 October 2007: Ministry of Defence issued the Decision No.2799/QD-QP on the approval of the plan to equitize and transform The 32 Company into 32 Joint Stock Company;

- 22 January 2008: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND68 billion under the business registration certificate No.4103009178 issued for the first time by Hochiminh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 21 August 2017: Became a public company;
