- 1989: Dong Thap Provincial Water Supply and Drainage Company was established on the basis of Cao Lanh Town Water Supply Enterprise with an intial charter capital of VND10,086,000 under the Decision No.28/QD-TL issued by Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee;

- 09 December 1992: Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.132/QD.TL on the establishment of Dong Thap Provincial Water Supply State-owned Company;

- 18 April 1998: Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.60/QDUB.TL on transforming Dong Thap Provincial Water Supply Company into a State-owned Public Services Enterprise;

- 21 September 2006: Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.158/QD-UBND-TL on renaming Dong Thap Provincial Water Supply, Drainage and Urban Environment Company as Dong Thap Water Supply and Urban Environment One-member Limited Company;

- 22 February 2017: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with an average winning bid of VND10,101 per share;

- 26 April 2017: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND355,575,500,000 under the business registration certificate No.1400101205 amended for the 13th time by Dong Thap Department of Planning and Investment;

- 03 November 2017: Became a public company;

- 30 June 2018: Charter capital was increased to VND259,181,300,000;

- 24 January 2019: Traded on the UPCOM market;
