- 1966: Formerly known as Eternit Firm (France) came into operation in Vietnam; - 1977: Vietnam Government took over and renamed Eternit Firm as Dong Nai Amiang and Cement Plant; - March 29, 1980: Dong Nai Amiang and Cement Plant was transferred to Cement Enterprises Union; - 1993: Renamed as Dong nai Roofsheet & Construction Material Company under Vietnam Cement Corporation; - 1995: Invested and developed production line with a capacity of 100,000 tonnes per year; - September 22, 2000: Official transformed into Dong nai Roofsheet & Construction Material Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND48.39 billion; - 2001: Invested and developed a concrete brick production line with a capacity of 1 million m2/year and a color tiles production line with a capacity of 2,000,000 pieces/year; - 2006: Listed and traded on Hochiminh Securities Trading Center (Now Hochiminh Stock Exchange); - May 23, 2006: Increased the charter capital to VND120.97 billion; - July 17, 2009: Increased the charter capital to VND181.49 billion; - August 19, 2010: Increased the charter capital to VND272.24 billion; - May 08, 2015: Delisted from Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE); - April 07, 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market; |
