TST: Decision on continued trading restriction & Notice of stock status

Decision on being continued trading restriction
Following Decision No. 787/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of Telecommunication Technical Service Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TST) as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years within the limit time from the end of the fiscal year;
- Other reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 for more than 45 days; the auditor issued a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable laws: Point b, c, h Clause 1, Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022;
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, TST must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy
This Decision replaces Decision No. 727/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023 and Decision No. 536/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024

On July 09, 2024, HNX announces the status of Telecommunication Technical Service Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TST) as follows: 
TST shares are under continued trading restriction due to the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years within the limit time from the end of the fiscal year; the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 for more than 45 days and the auditor issued a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 according to the provisions at Point b, c, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
