Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 784/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of SHG stock as follows:
- Reason: The Company is late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2023 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure;
- Other reasons: The Company recorded negative owner's equity in the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023 while the auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion to the Audited FS 2021 and qualified opinions to the Audited FS 2022; The Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for 02 consecutive years from the end of each fiscal year;
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday.
- Applicable laws: Points a, b, c, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Songhong Joint Stock Corporation shall send a document to the HNX for explanation and remedial measures.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 532/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024.
