KAC: Notice of stock status
On July 09, 2024, HNX announces the status of Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: KAC) as follows: - KAC shares are under trading suspension due to the reason(s) that the Company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the Company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d Section 1 Article 46 of the Law on Securities; the company was forced to be delisted due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations according to Decision No. 340/QD-SGDHCM dated 26/08/2019 of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange as prescribed at Points e and dd Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange; - KAC shares are under trading restriction as prescribed at Points b and h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange due to the reason(s) that according to point 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises, the company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years from the end of the fiscal year; the company was late in submitting Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 for over 45 days from the end of the prescribed information disclosure period; allowed to be traded on Friday weekly from the day the shares are removed out of trading suspension.
