HVG: Notice of stock status
On 09/07/2024, HNX announces the status of Hung Vuong Corporation’s shares (stock code: HVG) as follows: - HVG shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason the company has not held an annual general meeting of shareholders in the last 2 years; The company that are late in submitting semi-annual financial reports for 2022, 2023 that have been reviewed more than 45 days from the end of the deadline to disclose information according to regulations at Point b,h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange. - HVG shares are put under trading suspension due to the reason the company has no measures to remedy the cause of the shares being placed in restricted trading; The company was forced to be delisted due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations at Point e,d Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
