IBC: Notice of stock status

On 09/07/2024, HNX announces the status of Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: IBC) as follows:
- IBC shares are being put on alert due to the reasons the company has not yet held the 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year at point b, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- IBC shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason companies that are late in submitting their 2023 audited financial statements are more than 45 days from the end of the deadline to disclose information according to regulations at Point b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- IBC shares are put under trading suspension due to the reason the company was forced to be delisted due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations at Point d Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
