KLF: Decision on being put on alert & Notice of stock status Decision on being put on alert
Following Decision No. 717/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024, HNX announces the following KLF stock will be put under alert as follow:
- Reason: the Company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Effective date: 15/7/2024;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under alert, CFS Investment and Export Import Trading Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On July 09, 2024, HNX announces the status of CFS Investment and Export Import Trading Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: KLF) as follows:
- KLF stock is under alert since July 15, 2024 according to Decision No. 717/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024 due to the reasons that the Company has not convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises so it belonged to the cases under Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- KLF stock is under trading restriction since May 29, 2024 due to the reasons that the Company is late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2023 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure under Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange;
- KLF stock is under trading suspension under Decision No. 66/QD-SGDHN dated February 05, 2024 as the Company was forced into delisting because of serious violations on information disclosure under Point dd Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
