TBH: Decision on being put under trading suspension

On May 23, 2024, HNX announces Decision No. 569/QD-SGDHN on being put under trading suspension of General Department Store Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TBH) as follows:
- Ground for trading suspension: The Company has not announced Audited Financial Statement 2022, 2023 and Re-audited Financial Statement 2021 according to the requirement of State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) & Hanoi Stock Exchage;
- Reason(s): The Company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law;
- Effective date: June 03, 2024;
- Applicable law(s): Point e, Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading suspension, General Department Store Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy plan.
