GTT: Decision on continued trading suspension on UPCoM and Notice of stock status Following Decision No. 584/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading suspension of GTT stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: the Company continue being late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2023 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure;
- Reason: The Company has no measures to overcome the causes leading to transaction restriction as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law;
- Applicable law(s): Point e Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading suspension, Thuan Thao Corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Thuan Thao Corporation’s shares (stock code: GTT) as follows:
- GTT shares are under trading suspension according to No. 584/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024 because the Company did not have any remedy to overcome the reason for trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of the Law on Securities; thus categorized as trading suspension as prescribed in Point e Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange;
- GTT shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 1279/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023 because the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Section 2 Article 139 of the Enterprise Law; the company was late in submitting Reviewed Financial Statements 2021, 2022 and 2023 for over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure; it had negative owner equity in reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement 2020, it belongs to the case of trading restriction as prescribed in Points a, b, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange. Trading restriction: the share is only traded every Friday when it is removed from trading suspension. HNX
