DPS: Decision on trading suspension on UPCoM, Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status Following Decision No. 573/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024, HNX announces the trading suspension of DPS stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: The company has not announced audited Financial Statements of 2021, 2022 and 2023 to Hanoi Stock Exchange;
- Reason: The Company has no measures to overcome the causes leading to transaction restriction as prescribed at Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law;
- Effective date: June 03, 2024;
- Applicable law(s): Point e Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading suspension, Soc Son Development Investment Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Following Decision No. 574/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DPS stock as follows:
- Reason(s): according to point 2 Article 139 Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years from the end of the fiscal year; the company is late to submit reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2021, 2022 and 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure; the company was forced to delist according to point i Section 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Goverment;
- Trading restriction: be traded only on Friday weekly from the day the shares are removed from trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Points b, e and h, Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Soc Son Development Investment Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Soc Son Development Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: DPS) as follows:
- DPS shares are under trading suspension from June 03, 2024 due to the reasons that the Company has no measures to overcome the causes leading to transaction restriction as prescribed at Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law as prescribed at Point e Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- DPS shares are under continued trading restriction as prescribed at points b, e and h Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange due to the reasons that: according to point 2 Article 139 Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year; the company is late to submit reviewed semi-annual financial statements for 2021, 2022, 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure; the company was forced to delist according to point i Section 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Goverment.
