Decision on continued trading restriction on the UPCoM
Following Decision No. 286/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of CK8 stock as follows:
- Issuer: Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: HTT
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Reason: the auditing organization gave a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2023
- Another reason: according to clause 2 Article 139 of Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years within the limit time from the end of the fiscal year
- Form of trading restriction: Trading is available only every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point c, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 700/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023.

On April 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company (stock code: HTT) as follows: HTT shares are under trading restriction due to the reason(s) that the auditing organization gave a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2023; according to clause 2 Article 139 of Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years within the limit time from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed at points a, c, and h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
