DLR: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status Da Lat Real Estate JSC

Following Decision No. 280/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DLR stock as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Annual Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: the auditing organization gave a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2023; the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Annual Financial Statement of 2023;
- Another reason: according to clause 2 Article 139 of Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years within the limit time from the end of the fiscal year
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c and h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Da Lat Real Estate JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 680/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------On April 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of Da Lat Real Estate JSC's shares (stock code: DLR) as follows: DLR shares are under trading restriction due to the reason(s) that the auditing organization gave a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2023; the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Annual Financial Statement of 2023; according to clause 2 Article 139 of Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years within the limit time from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed at points a, c, and h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
