Decision on continued alert on the UPCoM
Following Decision No. 295/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024, HNX announces the continued alert of CHS stock as follows:
- Issuer: Ho Chi Minh City Public Lighting Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CHS
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Reason: The auditor has expressed qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Ho Chi Minh City Public Lighting Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 313/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2023.

CHS shares are under alert as the auditor has given qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed in Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
