On June 13, 2023, the Board of Directors of The Golden Group Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution regarding the approval for the purchase of shares of Vietnam Investment Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company from the internal person – Mr. Cao Bach Viet, member of the Supervisory Board. Accordingly, the purchase price of VND10,000/share.
