EMC: EMC shares likely to be delisted

On June 13, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued a document announcing the possibility of delisting for the share of ThuDuc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company (HOSE: EMC) because HOSE received the Official Dispatch from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) regarding the delisting of public company status for ThuDuc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company from July 14, 2023.
