CII: Amending charter

On May 24, 2023, the General Meeting of Shareholder of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of foreign ownership limit of CII. Accordingly, the Board of Directors issued the Board resolution to amend its charter with the foreign ownership limit at CII to 40%.
