The Board resolution dated June 13, 2023, the Board of Directors of BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved to sell shares of Codupha Central Phamarceutical JSC (CDP). Accordingly, CDP will no longer be an associated company of BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Selling volume: 756,950 shares

-          Trading period: from June 13, 2023 to July 13, 2023

-          Trading method: order matching or put through.
