PSH: Approval for the transfer of contributed capital

    On May 04, 2023, the BOD of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company approved the transfer of contributed capital in Nam Song Hau Tran De Production and Investment Company Limited (Nam Song Hau Tran De) to Mr. Mai Van Huy with total amount of VND 4,405,550,000, equivalent to 100%/ charter capital of Nam Song Hau Tran De.
